You will need this registration to work as a bookmaker's clerk at harness racing meetings.

A bookmaker's clerk is any person who, on a racecourse or sports ground, assists a bookmaker in the bookmaker's business, such as by recording or accepting money for bets or paying or recording payment of winning bets.
