Studmaster Registration - New South Wales

Description

You will need this registration if you intend to act as a stud master. A greyhound studmaster has care, control or custody of a sire. A sire is a male greyhound registered for breeding

Please be aware that:

  • male greyhounds must be registered as stud sires before they can breed in Australia (stud sire registration is administered through a national controlling body)
  • you will need to maintain a service notice book when issued with this registration, where you are required to keep a record of all activities
  • you will need to lodge a notice of service within 14 days of the first mating service.
