You may need this registration if you intend to manufacture clothing products.

You must be registered as an employer of outworkers if you intend to contract workers outside your own factory or workshop to perform work on your behalf. This includes contracting workers to perform tasks such as packing, processing or working on articles or materials for the clothing industry at their home or at different premises.
