Your application to register a horse must contain or be accompanied by the following particulars:
In respect of the horse's ownership:
- name and signature of each owner, date of birth and usual address
- if the horse is owned by a Company, the name of the Company and its registered address
- in the case of a horse owned by a syndicate, the name of the syndicate and the names of the trustees or registered manager thereof and the usual address of each of them.
In respect of a horse, its:
- age
- sex
- colour
- pedigree
- brands and markings
- microchip number if applicable
- veterinary Identification Certificate or Foal Identification Card.
