Reserve Use Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to use a travelling stock reserve.

A travelling stock reserve is any route or land set aside for travelling or grazing stock, including a stock watering place. These reserves can be beneficial in times of drought, bushfires or floods. It is important for this land to be managed to ensure a balance between the needs of travelling or grazing stock and the conservation of native species.

Please note that NSW is divided into 11 regions. Each region has an office which is responsible for the management of travelling stock reserves in its area.
