You will need this licence if you intend to conduct an activity or special event that may affect traffic flow, such as a parade or fun-run, on a state road. This does not include modifications to road assets and applies even if the activity takes place off-road.
Filming may be considered a special event. Please note that special events require multiple agency involvement and special traffic management arrangements.
