Rural Boundary Clearing Code - New South Wales

You may need to comply with this code if you are a rural landowner.

The objective of the code is to simplify vegetation management for owners or occupiers of land for the purpose of bush fire hazard mitigation by allowing them to clear vegetation on their property within 25 metres of their property boundary. This should be undertaken with consideration of environmental impacts.
