Section 37 Permit: Take or Possess Fish or Marine Vegetation - New South Wales


You can apply for a permit to take and possess fish or marine vegetation for any or all of the following purposes:

  • research
  • aquaculture
  • aquarium collection
  • aboriginal cultural fishing
  • any other purpose prescribed by the regulations or approved by the Minister.
