Shellfish Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to operate a seafood business involving shellfish (e.g. oysters, mussels, scallops). This includes undertaking activities such as harvesting, catching, processing, packaging, storing, transporting and wholesaling.

Please note that all oysters and mussels in New South Wales are harvested in accordance with the NSW Shellfish Program.
