Shellfish Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to operate a seafood business involving shellfish (for example: oysters, mussels, scallops, etc). This includes undertaking activities such as harvesting, catching, processing, packaging, storing, transporting and wholesaling.

Please note that all oysters and mussels in NSW are harvested in accordance with the NSW Shellfish Program.
