Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate - Central Coast Council - New South Wales

Description

Any property in NSW with a swimming pool needs to have a certificate of compliance to ensure it meets safety requirements before it can be sold or leased. Swimming pools include any excavation, structure or vessel that can be filled with water to a depth greater than 30 centimetres (including spa pools, but not spa baths).
