Timber Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to take timber obtained from a State Forest or other Crown-timber land.

Please note that timber cannot be taken from a flora reserve (land set aside for the preservation of native plants) unless the conditions of the licence are in accordance with the working plan for the flora reserve or the Minister approves the specific application.
