You may need this permit to drive or ride an unregistered vehicle on the road for a specific journey. Please be aware that this permit is only issued for restricted journeys or short-term use up to 28 days, including either:

  • a single journey
  • a single return journey
  • a number of defined trips to be completed within 28 days
  • for a specific purpose (for example, for crop harvesting).

This permit will only provide you with limited access to roads.
