Vehicle Beach Access Permit - Port Macquarie-Hastings Council - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to drive a vehicle on a public beach unless you are a licensed commercial fisher. This permit is valid in the Kempsey, Port Macquarie-Hastings and Nambucca shires.

Commercial Fishers, who hold a valid fishing licence, are permitted to drive on all permissible areas listed below without obtaining a beach driving permit, whilst working in the council area. In addition, they are permitted to drive on North Beach from the North Shore Drive beach access point south to the breakwall.
