Vehicle Standards Exemption Permit - NSW - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

Operators or owners of heavy vehicles who are seeking an exemption from compliance with a heavy vehicle standard must apply for this permit. A heavy vehicle is a vehicle with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) or an aggregate trailer mass (ATM) of more than 4.5 tonnes.
