Water Carter Requirements - New South Wales

Description

You will need to comply with these requirements if you intend to operate as a water carter. Water carters provide a drinking water supply in areas where other water supplies are insufficient or temporarily unsuitable.

Water carters are required to:

  • have a quality assurance program (QAP) that complies with the Regulation
  • comply with (i.e. implement) its QAP
  • provide a copy of the QAP to the local Public Health Unit
  • keep records relating to managing the safety of its drinking water supply.
