Wine Show or Producer's Market and Fair Notification - New South Wales

Description

You will need this notification if you intend organise a wine show or producer's market / fair where wine producers sell or supply their wine products directly to the public. Wine sales or supply must be for customers to taste at the stall or to take away in sealed containers.

 

Please be aware that wine shows must be held at a recognised wine, vineyard or industry association. Wine can only be sold at producers markets / fairs if the purpose of the event is to allow farmers or primary producers to display and sell their own products directly to the public.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible to make this notification, you must:

 

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have at least 10 farmers or primary producers selling their products directly to the public
  • notify the local council and local police about the show or market.

Duration

One notification can be made for multiple events within the same year.
