Works Licence (Offshore Minerals) - New South Wales

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to conduct mineral exploration and/or production activities in NSW's offshore area.

A works licence is required if you intend to conduct any related activities in areas outside of a current offshore exploration, retention or mining licence you hold. The proposed work must be directly connected to the activities authorised under your current licence.
