Alteration Permit - Northern Territory

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to make minor alterations to a building or use. The changes must not:

  • alter the existing building or use more than 5%
  • increase the number of dwellings
  • affect the amenity of the area.
If the changes are beyond this scope, you must apply for an exceptional development permit. You can contact a planner to determine which permit you will require.
