Description

You will need to be appointed if you intend to exercise the functions of a public notary. These include to:

  • certify documents to be filed in a foreign court or registered in a foreign country
  • take affidavits for use interstate or internationally
  • protest or note protest of bills of exchange or bills of lading
  • verify documents and take affidavits to comply with the requirements of a foreign law.
