Description

You will need this approval if you intend to manage a motor vehicle dealership / car yard.

If you are a motor vehicle dealer, it is your responsibility to appoint a manager. You will need approval for each manager you recruit, and for each dealership / car yard you operate.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, the person you recruit as manager for your dealership must be:

18 or older
not bankrupt or have salary assigned to creditors
free of criminal records or charges for fraud, dishonesty or physical violence within the last 10 years
likely to be a fair and honest business manager.
