Description

You will need this licence if you intend to sell and trade aquarium species as part of your business. The licence authorises holders to:

  • sell fish or aquatic life for use in an aquarium
  • purchase and keep live fish and aquatic life for the purpose of exhibiting them for profit.

Licence holders may only hold or sell fish at premises specified by the licence.
