AS 4465-2006 Construction of Premises and Hygienic Production of Poultry Meat for Human Consumption - Northern Territory


You will need to comply with this standard to build premises to produce poultry meat and / or produce poultry products for human consumption. 

This standard sets out the minimum requirements for the construction and equipment of all processing premises where poultry are slaughtered for the production of poultry meat for human consumption.
