You must comply with the Australian Standard 4467-1998 relating to hygienic production of crocodile meat for human consumption, if you intend to produce crocodile meat for human consumption.

This standard sets out minimum requirements for the construction, equipment and procedures of premises where crocodiles are slaughtered and processed for the production of crocodile meat for human consumption.
