Authority Certificate - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this certificate if you intend to use or work on sacred sites. This certificate is a legally binding document that protects sacred sites from damage by setting out the conditions for using or carrying out works on a specified area of land or sea.

Certificates will be only issued for the proposed use or works specified by the applicant, and any use or works not specified on the certificate will fall outside the legal protection afforded by it.
