Authority Certificate - Northern Territory

Description

You will need an Authority Certificate if you intend to use or work on Aboriginal sacred sites. This Certificate is a legally binding document that protects sacred sites from damage by setting out the conditions for using or carrying out works on an area of land and/or sea.
