You will be required to apply for this permit if you intend to perform, offer entertainment, make a painting or drawing or to take a photograph or film for commercial purposes or to address persons in Todd Mall.

If you intend to busk on Flynn Church Lawns, please contact the Uniting Church for permission, prior to submitting your application.
