Certificate of Registration as a Manufacturer of Poisons - Northern Territory

Description

You will need to apply for a certificate of registration if you intend to manufacture medicines or poisons in the Northern Territory.

To apply, you will need to submit your application form, along with:

  • a plan and description of your premises and the security measures
  • information about how your records will be kept
  • details of procedures for labeling and packaging drugs and poisons.
