Description

You will need to comply with this code if you intend to sell, serve or supply liquor in or to the Northern Territory.

This code covers the promotion and advertising of liquor sold by interstate retailers and licensed premises (whether for consumption on or away from the premises), the premises itself and all mediums used by the licensee (or authorised person) to promote liquor.
