You will need this licence if you intend to operate a meat cold storage facility. This licence will only allow you to sell meat that is stored at the licensed premises and prepared in accordance with the relevant standard.
You can apply for this licence as an individual or company. If you are applying as a company or do not intend to carry out day to day management of operations yourself, you must nominate a manager.
