Compliance Certificate - Northern Territory

Description

You will require this certificate if you are reaching the end of works authorised by a development permit and require evidence that it:

  • meets all conditions of a permit
  • is in line with the endorsed plan.

You can apply for a compliance certificate for a development permit, subdivision permit or exceptional development permit. Once your application is received a planner will usually arrange a site visit to ensure that the development matches the endorsed plans.
