Courtesy Vehicle Requirements - Northern Territory


A courtesy vehicle is offered as part of an agreement for the provision of accommodation or activities and provided to passengers without payment of a fare.

From May 2016, a Courtesy Vehicle Licence is no longer required, however drivers are still be required to hold a current ???h??? endorsement and Commercial Passenger Vehicle (CPV) ID card.
Vehicles used to provide a Courtesy Service will be subject to the vehicle inspection regime for private vehicles (MVR).

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.


There are no requirements for a Courtesy Vehicle Licence.
