Fireworks Display or Special Effects Permit - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to hold a fireworks display or special effects show.

The types of fireworks allowed will depend on the training and experience of the operator and the location of the display. Approval from the Police, Fire and Emergency Services, and your local Council is required before the regulator will grant a permit.

Permit holders must have due regard to safety of persons and property.
