You will need this licence if you intend to purchase fish or aquatic life for processing and to resell to other licence holders such as fish brokers, fish retailers or fish markets.
The trader / processor must meet strict standards for freezing and holding of product.
All fish purchased must be from a person licensed to sell fish.
