Game Meat Processing Licence - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to operate premises for processing game animals for human consumption. A game animal is an animal harvested in its natural habitat.

All meat produced under this licence can only be sold if it is processed, packed and stored at the licensed establishment and in accordance with the relevant standard.

You can apply for this licence as an individual or company. If you are applying as a company or do not intend to carry out day to day management of operations yourself, you must nominate a manager.
