Gaming Machine Service Contractor's Licence - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to enter into a gaming machine service contract. A service contract is an agreement to install, adjust, maintain and repair gaming equipment on a licensed premises.

Persons employed by a gaming machine service contractor are required to have a gaming machine repairer's licence.

be a body corporate and provide evidence of this
provide an affidavit disclosing influential or benefiting parties

You must also ensure all executive officers:

are competent and capable to hold the licence
obtain a police check.
