You will need this registration if you own a greyhound and intend to train and race it in the Northern Territory. You can apply for this registration as an individual or a syndicate.
As a greyhound owner, you must do the following:
- abide by the directions of greyhound club officials and stewards at race meetings
- correctly handle greyhounds in public areas
- ensure anyone training or handling your greyhounds is registered as an owner, trainer, or attendant
- inform authorities of the names of greyhounds housed in and removed from your kennels.
