To be eligible for this permit you must have the financial resources and technical ability to carry out the work.
Your application must include:
- details of the proposed pipeline, including where the pipeline will start and end and the land you intend to enter / use
- prescribed maps showing the pipeline route and the intended location of equipment / works (if known)
- details of any agreement you've made (or plan to make) with the landholder or traditional owner about entering their land.
