You will need to make a legal deposit if you are a publisher and intend to publish works within the Northern Territory. This requires all publications and recordings to be donated to the Northern Territory Library within two months of publication.
You may deposit either an electronic or physical copy.
Government agencies must deposit publications to the Northern Territory Library, all other publishers may deposit with either the Northern Territory Library or with the National Library of Australia.
