You will need to make a legal deposit if you are a publisher and intend to publish works within the Northern Territory. This requires all publications and recordings to be submitted to the Northern Territory Library within two months of publication.
You may deposit either an electronic or physical copy.
You must also supply the National Library of Australia with at least one other copy of your publication.
