Licence to Cut Timber or Undertake Quarrying or Other Activities on a Road - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to undertake timber cutting, quarrying and other activities on a road. This licence will allow you to:

  • cut and remove timber and bark from a road
  • quarry and remove stone, clay, gravel or sand from a road
  • erect, maintain and operate a petrol pump together with tanks, apparatus, pipes and erections as are reasonably necessary for the operation of a pump for the supply of petrol
  • construct or maintain a cattle ramp on a road.
