Licence to Operate a Casino - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to operate a casino in the Northern Territory.

To run a casino, you must apply to and negotiate an agreement with the NT Government. The Government may only grant another casino licence with the permission of the existing casino operator's consent during the term of an existing casino licence.

There are currently two land based casinos in the Northern Territory - Alice Springs and Darwin.
