Your duties relating to psychosocial hazards at work include implementing control measures to eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks so far as it is reasonably practicable.

This may involve consideration of the duration, frequency and severity of exposure to psychosocial hazards, how psychosocial hazards combine, demands and systems of work, layout and environmental conditions, as well as the provision of welfare services, information, training, instruction and supervision.
