National Construction Code - Northern Territory


You will need to comply with this Code if you are involved in construction, design, performance and livability of buildings in the Northern Territory. This Code also applies to new work in existing buildings.

The National Construction Code (NCC) consists of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA). The Building Code is set out in Volume One and Volume Two. Volume One of the NCC of the pertains primarily to Class 2 to 9 buildings whilst Volume Two pertains Primarily to Class 1 and Class 10 Buildings.
