National Construction Code - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need to comply with this code if you are involved in construction, design, performance and liveability of buildings in the Northern Territory. It also applies to new work in existing buildings.

The National Construction Code (NCC) consists of the:

Building Code of Australia (BCA)
Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA).

Please note the adoption of the National Construction Code 2025 has been deferred and the National Construction Code 2022 currently applies.
