You will need to comply with this code if you are a licensed gambling provider. It aims to minimise to individuals and the community the harms associated with loss of control of gambling through the creation of responsible gambling environments in line with best practice and community expectations.
The code sets out the minimum requirements that support services, gambling providers and their staff are to adopt to reduce harms associated with problem gambling.
