Description

You will need to comply with this code if you engage in community gaming or are a licensed gambling provider in the Northern Territory.

This code sets out certain practices to be adopted by Northern Territory gambling providers in the provision of their services to minimise the harm they pose to consumers. This code sets out minimum requirements to reduce harms associated with problem gambling.

Licensed operators are encouraged to implement additional strategies to further minimise harm.
