You will need authorisation if you intend to own or operate a pharmacy,

As an authorised pharmacy owner, you must also comply with the standards prescribed by the agency and ensure the pharmacy is under direct supervision of a pharmacist at all times.

You must appoint a pharmacist in charge and notify the agency of the appointment.
