Description

You may be required to comply with this code if you conduct a business that involves precast, tiltup and concrete elements in the building construction area or if you have a duty to manage a workplace with precast, tiltup and concrete elements.

You may achieve compliance with your legislative requirements through another method if it provides an equivalent or higher standard of work health and safety.

  • effective identification of workplace activities and hazards and putting in place controls to manage these.
