Private Bailiff Licence - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to undertake work as a private bailiff. Private bailiffs execute warrants and processes and make arrests. Private bailiffs will generally be employed by the person or a legal representative of the person who is issuing the warrant.

You can be licensed as an individual agent or as a corporation. All licensed agents must have an approved manager.
