This includes premises for providing prescribed medical or surgical treatment for fee or reward.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible, you must not have been found guilty of conducting a private hospital unless you were the licensee of that hospital.
