Registration as a Veterinarian - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this registration if you intend to provide veterinary services. This includes attending, examining, diagnosing, treating disease or injury, prescribing medicine, and administering vaccines to an animal.

You can apply for:

  • registration as a veterinarian
  • limited registration as a veterinarian
  • interim registration as a veterinarian

Qualified veterinarians may apply to the Advisory Committee on Veterinary Specialists to be recognised as a Veterinary Specialist.

Applicants registered in another State or Territory, or in New Zealand, may apply for registration under mutual recognition legislation.
