Any person who negotitates transactions on behalf of a licensed real estate agent must be registered as an Agent's Representative.

Refer Section 39 of the Agents Licensing Act
Attained the age of 18 years
Fit and proper person
Holds the prescribed educational qualfications
Will be employed by, or in the service of, a licensed agent within the Northern Territory.


Annual - Expires 1 May each year.


Restricted: $163 (135 Revenue units)
Unrestricted: $185 (153 Revenue units)
2019- 2020 Revenue unit = $1.21.
