Registration as an Agent's Representative - Northern Territory

Description

You will need to be registered if you intend to operate as a representative of a licensed real estate agent. An agent's representative is an employee of a licensed real estate or business agent who negotiates transactions on behalf of the agent.

Applicants can apply for full, restricted, or short term registration.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible you must:

  • be 18 years or over
  • be a fit and proper person
  • hold the prescribed educational qualifications
  • be employed by, or in the service of, a licensed agent within the Territory
  • obtain a National Police Certificate
  • advertise your application.
