Sex Service Operator Suitability Certificate - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this certificate if you intend to operate a sex service business that has three or more sex workers. Sex service businesses provide for or arrange sex work, including on and off the premises.

If the business has more than one operator, each operator must hold a suitability certificate. Licence holders who intend to advertise their business are required to follow advertising guidelines as specified in the regulations.
