Licence to Cut Timber or Undertake Quarrying or Other Activities on a Road - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to undertake timber cutting, quarrying and other activities on a road. This licence will allow you to:

cut and remove timber and bark from a road
quarry and remove stone, clay, gravel or sand from a road
erect, maintain and operate a petrol pump together with the tanks, apparatus, pipes reasonably necessary for its operation
construct or maintain a cattle ramp on a road.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
